Burnout can happen to anyone, but it is most common among people who work in high-stress environments or who have a lot of responsibility. Burnout is a state of physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion caused by chronic stress. It can lead to feelings of cynicism, detachment, and a decrease in productivity.

If you think you might be experiencing burnout, it is important to seek help or talk to somebody who have been there before, before it spirals out of control.
