Privacy policy

learningloop.io is a static website. You can read everything on it without creating an account. The only personal data we ask you for is your email address, if you choose to subscribe to the Product Weekly newsletter.

Who is responsible for your data

Learning Loop, Copenhagen, Denmark, is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at info@learningloop.io or through our contact page.

The Product Weekly newsletter

What we collect. Your email address, the date you subscribed, the page you subscribed from, and whether you open and click our emails.

Why we collect it. To send you Product Weekly and occasional news about Learning Loop resources, card decks, and community events, and to understand which content is useful to subscribers.

Legal basis. Your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You give it when you subscribe, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Who processes it. We use Klaviyo to store our subscriber list and send the newsletter. Klaviyo processes your data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Klaviyo is based in the United States, and transfers outside the EU/EEA are covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it. Until you unsubscribe. After that, we keep your email address on a suppression list only to make sure we don't email you again.

Unsubscribing. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also email us and we will remove you.

Buying a card deck or book

Purchases happen in our shop at shop.learningloop.io, which runs on Shopify. The shop's own privacy policy and terms apply to orders.

Visiting the website

We don't run user accounts on learningloop.io. We use Google Tag Manager to load site analytics, which respects the consent choices you make on the site. These tools help us see which pages are useful. We don't sell your data.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Email info@learningloop.io to use any of these rights.

If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
