The Demand Test Worksheet turns the thinking in the Demand Testing and Interviewing Guide into pages you can print and fill in with your team.

It makes you decide in advance:

• What you most need to find out, and for whom
• A hypothesis that a result could prove wrong, and the offer you will put in front of people
• A decision rule: what would make you continue, revise or stop
• Who you will interview and how you will invite them
