- List values. Ask participants to conduct a Silent Storming exercise writing down as many potential brand values as they can think of on sticky notes. Consider sharing inspirational values to get their minds flowing.
- Share Value. Each participant Playbacks their by placing their sticky notes on a large surface, creating a shared master list.
- Vote on Values. Participant Notes and Votes on their top three values from the list. Let each participant share their top three and initiate a short discussion about the most voted values.
- Final call. The Decider, after careful thought, writes down the top three values in order of importance, thus finalizing the brand’s core values.
